“Lift Jesus Higher”
For twenty years, these words have led thousands of adults and youth to experience the wonder of God’s love and the awesome power of the Holy Spirit.
On March 3, 2012, many more thousands of people will come to the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, north building, from all over Canada and the U.S.A. Many come for the first time and feel like they have returned home. Many bring friends and relatives to share the inner peace that only comes from God. For some, the Rally leads to a life-changing moment; for all, it opens the door for God’s graces and blessings to flow into their lives. Whether it is because of the words of the dynamic speakers, the heart-stirring music, or just the fact that they are in a large room with thousands of other Catholics praising Jesus Christ, the Lift Jesus Higher Rally truly becomes an evangelization experience. It is a memorable day – one that you will never forget!
The Lift Jesus Higher Rally is sponsored by Catholic Renewal Ministries (CRM), an organization dedicated to proclaiming Jesus Christ in the power of the Holy Spirit through renewal and evangelization all over the world. Based on countless requests from many who have attended past events, Sr. Ann Shields of CRM will be giving a talk, which will touch the hearts of the throngs of people at the Rally who are hungry for God’s Word. In 2012, the dynamic CRM speakers, Ralph Martin, Sister Ann Shields, and Peter Herbeck, will be joined by author and Fox News Analyst, Father Jonathan Morris, Monsignor Gregory Smith, the Chair of the Canadian Board of Renewal Ministries, and Father Scott McCaig, the Moderator of the Companions of the Cross.
This one-day event has it all! The day begins with the Rosary, offers the Sacrament of Reconciliation in the afternoon and ends with Holy Mass celebrated by His Eminence, Thomas Cardinal Collins, Archbishop of Toronto & concelebrated by Bishop Pearse Lacey and the many Priests present.
These and the sound Catholic talks will be complemented with inspiring music which will allow the participants to “pray twice.”

- Inviting your family, friends and acquaintances to come
- Making copies of the flyer (or calling for more) and distributing them to your church, RCIA class, and other groups
- Placing an announcement in your parish bulletin or newsletter
- Acting as ticket liaison for your group, parish, etc.
- Organizing a bus for members of your group or community to attend the Rally and contact us so we can post it on this website
- Sharing info about the concurrent Youth Rally with youth leaders, school chaplains and young people
- Volunteering as an Usher for the day
- Praying for the spiritual conversion and enrichment of those attending the Rally.
